The 45-year-old actor/producer was seen in Beverly Hills, doing some shopping with his daughter, carrying the tired teen on his back.
Ruby is his oldest of two children with his ex Jennifer Meyer, also sharing 11-year-old son Otis Tobias.

The Spider-Man star was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt with matching black sweats for his shopping outing.
He wore a pair of grey New Balance sneakers while staying safe amid COVID-19 with a black face mask covering his mouth and nose.
The actor has been dating 27-year-old model Tatiana Dieteman, though she was not seen with the father and daughter duo.

His daughter Ruby was also staying safe with a matching black face mask as well as she held onto her father.
She wore a grey t-shirt and tan pants with red slides as she held onto a green shopping bag.
The teenager also had a number of bracelets strapped to both of her wrists during her outing with her father.

Maguire has been rumored to return in the highly-anticipated Spider-Man 3, joining current Spider-Man Tom Holland and Andrew Garfield.
Maguire was the first big-screen Spider-Man in a successful superhero trilogy of movies from director Sam Raimi.
Andrew Garfield replaced him in the rebooted 2012 film The Amazing Spider-Man and the 2014 sequel The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Maguire is rumored to return to acting by portraying iconic movie producer Irving Thalberg in Babylon, which would be his first live-action movie since 2014's Pawn Sacrifice.

He is also producing Babylon, along with McClane, a long-gestating origin story for Bruce Willis' John McClane from the Die Hard franchise.
